Autumn Blaze

In late October 2021, I made a trip to Montreal.  I used to live there, and my oldest son and his wife were visiting from France.  I just love this city.  It is very old and reminds me of Europe.
There are lots of maple trees in the city and surrounding area so in the fall, the colors can be spectacular.  Normally, the height of the colors is on Columbus Day, or Canadian Thanksgiving.  However, this year many of the trees were still green because of the warm weather we've been having.  None the less, I was able to take a few snap shots of the red leaves.

This is an original, one of a kind, acrylic painting on a 20" x 16" canvas.  It comes framed in a black floater frame.  Final dimensions are 23.5" x 19.5".
